Online purchase

1. Do I need to enter my information in “register information” to buy online?

No. However, we recommend your registering information in order to always know about the different promotions and benefits provided by Tame.

2. Can I make an online reservation and pay for it later on?

No. Tame does not provide the online reservation service. Reservation and purchase of tickets are made at the same time.

3.Is there a maximum number of passengers to be included in an online purchase?

Yes. You can enter up to 8 passengers in an online purchase. Passengers include adults, children and infants (each infant must be accompanied by at least one adult). If you wish to include more than 8 passengers, make two or more purchases.

4. Can I get a ticket including stops?

Yes, you can get it on all domestic routes. However, this is not possible for connecting flights including international destination Cali. In this case, you should make two separate transactions.

5. How do I know my purchase has been processed?

A confirmation of the purchase will be displayed at the end. Moreover, a purchase confirmation will be sent to the e-mail registered in the process.

6. What should I do at the airport?

Show up at the Tame counter, provide your personal identification documents and check-in your baggage. It is not necessary to show a printed ticket, since it is an e-ticket and is already registered in our system.

7. Can I buy online tickets for disabled passengers?

No, you can not since the Conadis ID is required to buy a ticket. Go to any of our sales points to get this service.
