¿What is CrediTame?

It is a line of credit for a thirty-day period provided for private or public enterprises willing to buy tickets and send cargo nationwide.

To request a Creditame account, you must get the documents listed below and send them to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or to our Sales Management office located at Amazonas N24-260 y Colón, seventh floor, Quito.

Required Documents

• Credit application form (standard document provided by TAME).
• Legal representative’s ID copy (identity card or passport).
• Certification of a credit bureau authorized by the Superintendency of Banks and Insurance.
• Notarized letter of appointment of legal representative.
• Copy of Registro Único de Contribuyentes (RUC) (Tax Registration number).
• Signed contract (standard document provided by TAME).
• Guarantee.

Guarantee

To guarantee fulfillment of the contract and recovery of the amount due, the enterprise must provide Tame an authenticated bill of exchange for the maximum monthly amount due, registered in the credit application form.

However, the bill of exchange amount may vary if the monthly amount due exceeds the initially registered amount.

How does it work?   

Invoicing and Payment

At the end of the month, TAME will send a list of all orders issued to the enterprise. The total amount must be paid within eight (8) days after this information is received.

Notice that both tickets and air waybills are invoices legally recognized by Servicio de Rentas Internas (S.R.I.) (Internal Revenue Service)

Other Benefits

Tickets purchased under this system will be included in the Frequent Traveler Program under the conditions established by TAME.

Regarding cargo, for each $ 1,000 on monthly service, your company gets a 5% discount through a credit note, which might be deducted at the moment you pay. Amounts are not cumulative.
