It is an annual membership created for executives who makes business trips and need a preferential treatment that allows them accede to a fast and personalized service.

¿Which are the benefits of VIP Card?

• Space confirmed without making reservation in all our flights (except in the trips to Galapagos and Cali).
• Preferential boarding
• Assignment of seats in the first rows.
• Access to VIP rooms in the majority of national airports, where you will be able to wait with the comfort of our multiple services: television for cable, drinks, morsels, press, magazines and Internet (in the rooms where this facility is enabled).
• Automatic access to the Platinum level of our frequent traveler program, Tame Miles DISTANCES.

¿Which are the requirements to obtain a VIP Card?

For the first time

• Write a letter addressed to VIP Cards Tame, requesting the corresponding share. Depending on the availability of spaces, the request will be approved and the following documentation will be requested:
• A color copy of the identity card.
• Request filled and signed by the client. To unload the request click here
• RUC Number of the company or institution for whom the invoice will be emitted.
• Card size color photo.
• Cost: USD 800 (included taxes)
• Forms of payment: cash, certified check addressed to Tame or credit card (available deferred to three months without interests).

Renovation

• Request fills and signed by the client. To unload the request click here
• A color copy of the identity card.
• RUC Number of the company or institution for whom the invoice will be emitted.
• Card size color photo
• Cost: USD 520 (included taxes)
• Forms of payment: cash, certified check addressed to Tame or credit card (available deferred to three months without interests).

¿How long can I get my VIP card?

Once delivered all the asked documents, you can pick up your VIP card in a space of 24 hours. You can make the process to get your VIP card at:

¿What must I do in case of losing my VIP Card?

You must send a letter to VIP cards Tame, explaining the situation and cancel the 10% of the total card cost. This cost can be canceled by cash, certified check for Tame or with credit card. In the space of 24 hours you can pick up the new VIP card.

If you want to trip during this time, the invoice copy can be used, in order to show that the process is being done.

¿What must I do in case of changing my VIP Card name?

You must send a letter to VIP Cards Tame, where the new beneficiary name is written, it is important to attach the last card, otherwise it will not be possible to start with the request. In the space of 24 hours the new VIP card can be picked up.

This cost can be canceled by cash, certified check directed to Tame or with credit card.
