It is the frequent traveler program, whose purpuse is to monitor and reward the loyalty of our customers, attending their needs and individual preferences.

Our clients can be members of the program just by joining in our outlets nationwide, travel agencies and in our web page.
It is important to know that the joining is free.
TAME Miles Distance Levels
To join to our frequent traveler program, you will get a distance number account with a welcome letter that will be sent directly to your e-mail. With this number you already can start accumulating miles for each trip you make. Sure to provide your Distance Tame number at the moment of making reservations or when you check in. The physical card will be sent, for courier from the exterior, in the space of 90 days and will go to the address that has been registered (domicile or work).
You can accede to different levels of the program according to the frequency of your trips, which will allow you to obtain more and better benefits. Three levels named ELITE exist: Silver, Gold and Platinum. It is necessary to emphasize that the miles to accede to these levels have to be accumulated in the course of one year calendar.
Only miles will be accumulated by the rates that have 30 % of discount in regular flights.
If you are a VIP customer you get automatically the VIP DISTANCES PLATINUM level and your miles are accumulated whenever you make the check in.

Hotels: To national and international level it is possible to exchange and redeem miles in hotel chains. For Ecuador agreements are possessed nowadays by the following hotels:

- Hotel Oro Verde Guayaquil
- Gran Hotel Mercure Alameda Quito
Cars Rent:
Shared marks Credit cards: For each dollar consumed with Visa or Master Card credit cards from Bank of Guayaquil distance miles are accumulated.

Other Services
If DISTANCIA TAME member doesn’t want to exchange his/her accumulated miles by air tickets, accommodation in hotels or rent cars you can purchase other articles like perfumes, liquors, etc. Visiting the web page www.distancia.com.
The DISTANCE TAME members also can donate their miles to an account named Miles for mine, whose object is helping people with scarce sources who need to travel to some city or country for a surgery for example. The miles of this account are used only for humanitarian purposes.
